We have been really busy this weekend. We went to the pumpkin patch at a local church and we went to the Boggy Bayou Mullet Festival. But more on those two events in another post.
Let's just cut to the chase, shall we? This peanut butter pie is literally the easiest thing I have ever made and it is REALLY good. And it's 4 ingredients. That's it.
I used a graham cracker crust because our store was out of the Oreo ones. But I'm sure it would be just as good or even better with an Oreo crust.
1 pie crust, graham cracker or Oreo
1 tub of Cool Whip, thawed
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 tub of Philadelphia Indulgence Milk Chocolate, room temp
Spread the whole tub of chocolate cream cheese in an even layer in the bottom of the pie crust. Gently fold the peanut butter into the cool whip. When mixed, spread over the cream cheese. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours. Top with Chocolate syrup or Reese's peanut butter cups.
